Refund Request Form

1. As promised, when you registered for the FAA Career Preparation Program, you are entitled to a full refund of your registration fee if you do not achieve a passing score in the required assessments for an eligible entry-level FAA position.
2. You are also eligible if you do not receive a job offer within 30 days after completing the interview process for an eligible FAA position.

To Receive Your Full Refund, Please Provide the Following 3 Items

1. Completed Refund Request Form (this form)
2. Documentation identifying the FAA position and relevant assessment or interview date
3. Your official assessment result showing an unsuccessful outcome, or documentation confirming your interview participation and hiring status after 30 days

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after eligibility has been verified. The full registration fee will be refunded to the same credit/debit card originally used for the purchase. The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your banking institution.
