Refund Policy

The deposit for using the resources and live assistance offered on this platform by FAA Career Placement is refundable under the eligibility terms listed below.

FAA Career Placement is designed to help candidates prepare for relevant stages of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) hiring process.

You are eligible for a refund if:

1. You do not achieve a passing score in required online assessments for eligible entry-level FAA positions, or
2. You do not receive a job offer within 30 days after completing the interview process for an eligible FAA position.

Refunds will be issued within 2 days upon verification of refund eligibility.

Candidates requesting a refund based on an unsuccessful assessment must provide documentation of their assessment result.

Candidates requesting a refund because no job offer was received after the interview process must submit documentation of their interview invitation and hiring status.

Our program includes guidance, preparation resources, and live assistance to help candidates prepare for the FAA hiring process with more confidence. Participation does not guarantee employment or a specific hiring outcome.
